At the time of making your purchase, you must provide Code Accessories with accurate information to ensure the accuracy of your order. This may also include providing additional information upon our request.
When entering your delivery address and delivery instructions, you must supply the correct information. If the wrong address is entered, Code Accessories is not obliged to re-send your order at our own cost.
On the Runaway the Label website, all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Code Accessories reserves the right to adjust the prices displayed on the website without any notice.
Payment methods accepted by Code Accessories include Credit Card via and Paypal. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
After your payment has been successful, you will receive an email with your invoice to confirm your order has been received.
Orders at Code Accessories are processed during business hours (8AM - 4:00PM WST) Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays for Wesrern Australia.
Once your order has been sent, Australia Post should email you directly with your tracking information. Your tracking number will be added to your order and it will be marked as shipped.
For Australian Customers:
All parcels are sent via Australia Post using their Express Service.
Orders placed before 9AM WST on business days are usually shipped 1 business day. Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 1 - 3 business days, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their order. If the address has been entered wrong and Code Accessories has not been informed before the parcel has been delivered, Code Accessories will not reimburse you for this package. If you noticed the address is entered in incorrect before your order has been dispatched, please contact us on (08) 9470 1611.
If Code Accessories needs to cancel your order due to us being unable to provide you with your ordered products, we will contact you first. In the case we do not have your purchased items, you will be offered the below:
- Store Credit to the value of 110%
- The opportunity to change style or colour of your ordered item or to change to another item of the same value
- A complete refund
